End-to-end encryption, per-file isolated keys
From the first message to the last PDF, cryptography is at the core of the module — not optional.
RSA-2048 OAEP key exchange
Session keys are negotiated with RSA-2048 in OAEP mode: a standard starting point for securing sensitive data collected during client onboarding.
AES-256-GCM data encryption
Application content is encrypted with AES-256-GCM: confidentiality and integrity for fields and documents stored in the module.
PBKDF2 · 600k iterations
Secret derivation follows a high benchmark (600k iterations) to slow brute-force attacks on sensitive materials.
Per-request keys
Each file has its own keys: a leak on one tenant or application does not mechanically expose other client onboardings.
End-to-end workflow
- Submission — the applicant completes the journey and uploads documents.
- CO review — your compliance team processes the file in the dedicated portal.
- Chat & documents — encrypted exchanges and supplementary documents until reservations are lifted.
- Platform access — once validated, the client accesses the operational modules specified in their contract.
Each significant action is timestamped: you reconstruct the chronology of a file for your internal controls or an exchange with your supervisory authority.
